Loni Parry Loni has lived as a resident of Middleton for five years. However, he has lived in Idaho for several years. Loni is married to Becky with three wonderful children. He is currently a corrections officer at the Idaho State Prison. Loni was first elected to the City Council in 2006. He was re-elected to a second term with one of the highest voter turnouts in recent history. Loni felt that a voice in government was not enough; actions are where you can get more done. He has always wanted to do more for his community and get involved. Loni is a very active member of our community, participating in numerous events, fundraisers and organizations. He enjoys his work in City government.

Jared Waltman Jared and Lisa Waltman moved from Boise to Middleton with their children in 1996. Jared was elected to the City Council in 2003 and he was re-elected in 2007 and became the Council President in January 2008. He has enjoyed working with city staff and the many different groups and committees over the last five years; he is currently the Chairman of the Urban Renewal District. Jared and Lisa have seven children ranging in age from eighteen to two years old. Jared also has most of his extended family living in Middleton and the surrounding area. Jared enjoys attending with his wife the many activities that their children participate in at school, church, and in the community.

Lori Sprattley Lori and her husband Don have lived in Middleton since 1996. Lori was raised here and had always planned to come home after Don finished his time in the Navy. Lori was elected to council in 2007. She is enjoying the experience of learning City government and serving with the City Staff and various other councils, boards and committees. Don & Lori own Jim's Pawn Shop and enjoy spending time with friends, children, grandchildren and a large extended family in this area. They also spend time participating with their church and other community activities.

Lenny Riccio Lenny was elected to City Council in 2010 and serves as the liaison for the Greater Parks and Recreation District. Lenny earned a degree in City and Regional Planning and minored in Philosophy from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo. He brings public and private sector city planning experiences to the Council. He is excited about the future of Middleton and helping in the planning of the City. Beyond the city council, Lenny is a partner in a small business, teaches constitution classes, and plays trumpet in the church music ministry.
