City Clerk: Ellen Smith
Ellen Smith was hired by the City of Middleton in 2000. She was working as Clerk/Treasurer for the City of New Plymouth at that time. She is a member of the ICCTFOA (Idaho City Clerks, Treasurers & Finance Officers Association and remains active with that group. She is also a member of the International Institute of Municipal Clerks. She received her Municipal Clerk Certification in November of 2002.
